Terms & Conditions
- Prize draw open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands and Isle of Man) aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required.
- Promotion excludes:
- employees of the Promoter and their immediate families;
- employees of any agencies involved with the Promotion;
- anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion;
- employees of BMW or any dealership of MINI vehicles (including Cooper Cobham); and
- individuals who are disqualified from driving.
- The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Closing date for receipt of entries is 18.00hrs on 20th September 2010.
- Entry into the draw can either be made via:
- To lodge the completed entry, entrants must either (i) place their official entry leaflet into the entry box at the Müller Rice Sampling Stand; or (ii) submit their entry when online. Photocopies of official entry leaflets will not be accepted. Entries may only be submitted this way.
- Only one entry permitted per person via one of the entry routes.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted during delivery to or from the Promoter due to any computer malfunction, virus, bug, delay or other reason whatsoever. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information supplied to the Promoter by the entrant in the entry. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
- There is one prize available. The prize is a new MINI FIRST HATCH car in Pepper White with Cosmos black interior, 3 years warranty, radio and CD player, 15" steel wheels, alarm, iPod connection, electric windows, D/E tax band, engine size 1.6, 2 passenger doors and hatchback. Full details of the prize will be communicated to the prize winner at the time of notification. The prize will also include delivery of the car to the prize winner’s home or local dealership (subject to location and access restrictions), factory vehicle number plates and 12 months road tax. Motor insurance, maintenance and running costs of the vehicle are the responsibility of the prize winner. Images used in the promotional material are indications of the prize only and may not represent the actual prize.
- The prize winner will be selected at random by an independent judge from all correct entries received by the closing date. The prize winner will be contacted via email or postal address after the prize draw has taken place on 21st September 2010. If the prize winner is unable to make contact with the winner within 28 days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to re-allocate the prize. Non-prize winners will not be contacted/notified.
- Prize winner should allow up to 6 weeks for delivery of the prize. Prize winner must supply the following information before the vehicle can be transferred to the prize winner: (i) a form of identification (e.g. passport or driving licence) so that the vehicle can be registered to the prize winner and road tax can be obtained; (ii) evidence of motor insurance. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the vehicle once it has left the garage to be delivered to the prize winner.
- No cash or other alternative prize is available in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s discretion. The prize in whole or in part is non-transferable.
- The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion without notice should the promotion be affected by circumstances outside the Promoters control.
- To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the promotion or use of the prize. The Promoter does not recommend or guarantee the performance of any contractual or other obligations of any third parties associated with the promotion and shall not be liable for any fraud committed by any third party. The Promoter will not be liable for failure or delay in delivery or performance of their obligations under these terms and conditions in the event of any unforeseen cause beyond its control.
- Promoter reserves the right to refuse an entry if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the claimant has breached any of the terms and conditions or has been fraudulent or contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Instructions printed in hard copy or online form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The personal details of entrants will be used solely for the distribution of prizes and in order to make winner name and city available for public inspection and not for future direct marketing purposes (unless the entrant has opted-in to receive further information from the Promoter). The name and county of prize winner will be available by sending a SAE to Müller Rice Time to Discover Promotion, Active House, 51 Wolsey Road, Esher, Surrey, KT10 8NT after 21st September 2010.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability (if any) arising from the winning of the prize.
- Winners may be required to participate in unpaid publicity as required by the Promoter.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Entrants must correctly identify the 5 differences between the two Mini Müller Rice pots. Entrants must then fill-in their contact details (full name, address, date of birth, email address and telephone number).
